DENCH. is a San Luis Obispo pop-up started by third-year Cal Poly student, Jimmy Wong, after his time spent in several Michelin-starred restaurants.

DENCH. offers a 5-7 course prix fixe menu that showcases some of SLO's finest seasonal and local produce. 

​

The restaurant accepts reservations on Saturdays and seats a party of 4 people at a communal table. 

​

Dinners are $65 per person.
